Before founding CSLCS, Chace worked as an associate lawyer, where he developed a robust corporate law practice, advising businesses at all stages of growth. His work includes corporate reorganizations, financings, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Chace’s clients appreciate his hands-on approach and his ability to align legal solutions with their business goals.​

Chace’s background in finance sets him apart from many other corporate lawyers. Prior to his legal career, he worked as an audit and assurance manager, gaining a deep understanding of financial operations. This dual perspective as both a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) enhances his ability to provide comprehensive, strategic advice—particularly in transactions where financial and legal considerations intersect.
